I bought a dash camera from VistaShops and it was a pure garbage!! It did not work properly and I contacted them and demanded a full refund but these people didn't give me a chance. Every time when I contacted them they replied with the same computer generated messages and said that they sent me a private message. I never received anything except their automated emails which made no sense. These people did not care and I was not able to contact a real live person. I spoke to a robot and received no help and no support! I wanted to send the camera back but I did not know their return address and had no idea would they refund me or not. I will never buy from them again, they are not to be trusted and they don't care about their customers!
