Dash cam quit, Zetronics rep not returning emails

I purchased Zetronix zBlackBox-500HD Dash Cam Recorder in February 2013. By April 2013 I was negotiating exchanging said camera for another due to it failing to record. In August 2013 I experienced the same issue with the second camera. Discussions with their representative provided troubleshooting options - to no avail. Upgrading to a different camera was offered but none at that time were of interest so I kept on trying to use the current camera. Finally it has stopped completely & I have exchanged multiple emails to the point of being offered an upgrade with 80% credit with the return of my camera. Problem is, I cannot get a reply to tell me how to proceed & it has been 3 weeks now with weekly emails from me requesting service.
