Rand McNally customer service SUX! My brand new dash cam 500 suction cup broke and Rand McNally doesnt offer replacement suction cups for the dash cam 500? Really? I called in to customer service and just get transferred around between customer service and store??? Told by both that its not something I can purchase?? Maybe Rand McNallys technicians need to learn how to make a suction cup that works!! I have owned TLD 740, Overdryve pro and now dash cam 500 and the suction cup mounts fail on every model. I love my Rand McNally devices but your suction cup mounts suck almost as bad as your customer service... User's recommendation: Buy Garmen. At least they have customer service and can make a suction cup that works.
