Dan Patrick portrays himself as a honest caring guy who took advantage of my mother. He stated he needed a down payment to secure time for him to perform work because he was so busy. Then stated he needed money to buy supplies. We gave him payments $2,500 and a second payment of $3,000. He did some drywall work and ran a gas line both which were horrible. He knows my mother had very little money and can't use the part of her house that remains in disrepair. Dan is a cheat and preys on older people that can't defend themselves. We now have to hire a lawyer to try to get our mothers money return so that we can hire a reputable contract to restore her home. Do not call him if you have already made the mistake we did, run and hide if Dan comes your way.
