I resisted as a full time student after being a part time student at Damelin. I have been emailing the full time coordinator for 3 months that i need to be added to the communication feed and that I need my online classes timetable with no response. I also included in my email that I'm struggling with technical difficulties with my online classes with no response. I asked to be in contact with my lecturers, but once again no response. I email the head of academics to help me, she simply said to email the person that has no been responding for 3 months. Damelin in simply not even giving me the basics when it comes to service delivery.
