Damaged wheel during mounting

Brought my new 2019 honda accord with a leaky tire they said i need new tire. Ordered new tire they mounted/balanced/installed new tire. After inspecting my wheel was scratched gouged and chipped on the face, edge and around each lugnut hole. These are 19 inch expensive wheels that they treated with ZERO CARE.
