On 11/28/2018 I went in for an oil change at Take 5. They operated on my vehicle installing my own oil I paid for which was 10 quarts of Royal Purple which cost me about $80.00. The car began to leak oil horribly on 12/23/2018 and I took it into the dealership and they advised that the oil drain plug was not present. I contacted take 5 and they conducted the claims process and stated that my claim was denied because it was not their fault. They installed the drain plug improperly causing my engine to be damaged and now it needs repairs. They will not own up to their mistake and I do not have money to get an attorney to fight the $10,000 I have to pay to replace my engine so now I have to come up with means to fix what they did wrong because they do not want to own up to what they did. I have never had an issue with them in the past and I took both of my vehicles here but never again. They have truly shown their true colors. No one should ever come here if you want your vehicle to remain in tip top condition.
