Damaged my tire instead of fixing it

I came to fix flat new tire. I inspected it prior to visit &;;;;;;;; didnt see puncture as it was small &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; not visible. After almost two hours of waiting at NTB associate told me that the tire cant be fixed as puncture was too big...
