Damaged MK shoes

To whom it may concern. I purchased a pair of MK shoes from Belk Department Store Christmas 2020. The shoes have now ripped on the heel of both shoes. I am so angry that no one will help me! I called Michael Kors Customer Service and I was so disappointed. How am I to know about a policy that is online if I don't order the product online? I was unable to speak with a supervisor so I decided to send email. I have made so many MK purchases over the years and I consider myself as a faithful customer; however, this is causing me to isolate myself from purchasing any further. I am sure me as one customer will not make a difference, but I should be valued as if I was 100,000 customers. I am so unhappy User's recommendation: Make sure you report any issues within a timely manner. There shouldn’t be a limit to satisfaction when you spend so much money in a name brand!
