I bought a console from the many things I bought on 13th Nov and was only delivered 01/27/21 with cracks on the lower piece and mismatch bottom and top parts dont fit to be mounted together. I had requested for professional delivery and mounting instead I was charged for drop off and only realized wrong pieces after driver left. We tried to call the store several times to talk to someone or the manager but were constantly told everyone was busy after being placed on hold for long time. Left our number for call back but not sure if our messages were even forwarded coz every time we called the secretary or who ever answered our call was so rude and unprofessional. We had no choice but to drive the console back to the store where the manager by the name of Ronnie was extremely rude as though it was our fault that the console was broken with wrong pieces. He told us to take it back with us which we could not coz of the glass fragility of console and our small car. We left the furniture there. Lisa one of the manager was extremely helpful and was apologetic and worked to have our problem resolved. We were so disappointed with Ronnie the managers behavior who behaved in a bully manner not only to us but his stuff too. Very unprofessional man that knows nothing about customer service. We dont deserve this type of treatment as customers with genuine concerns. Both me and my husband are frontliner health care workers and this is the least we expect dealing with during this pandemic and we know everyone is stressed but we have to treat each other with respect and care. Up to now, no one has called me on the way forward for my replacement. I called the store to have Lisa call me but up to now nothing. Please help resolve this issue in a timely manner.
