I ordered top quality Natuzzi leather chairs and sectional. I paid up front seven months ago and waited months for arrival. The furniture contained holes and abrasions, damaged wood, and stained leather throughout. The deliverymen noticed the damaged furniture and contacted the merchant, who told them to deliver to me anyway. I inspected the furniture and refused delivery. The furniture looked like it sat outside in China. The company refunded the amount of the merchandise, but withheld approximately $1,700 in delivery charges. I submitted numerous photos of the holes, stains, and gashes in the wood, to no avail. The company has taken the position that the merchandise is not damaged, despite my numerous clear photos and their alleged inspections. This was an expensive lesson for me not to use this merchant.
