Damaged indoor unit and incorrect remote

I bought an Onida split AC from Vijay Sales, Ghatkopar (Mumbai) last week. I received the unit quite late and also the installation team took >2 days time to come for installation. When they opened the carton they found that the indoor unit was full of scratches and dust and it was not at all new. We did not do the installation and complained. After another day was infomed no stock of the Ac so to install the damaged one and will be replaced in a week latest. Today when I got the damaged indoor unit installed we discovered that the remote was also incorrect and did not belong to the split we took. Vijay sales is blaming it on Onida but its totally unacceptable in this age. How can a carton open to a damaged unit with incorrect remote. I am still awaiting the indoor replacement and remote exchanged.
