Returned several days ago have not heard from Ray Ban returned a blue frame requested a grey frame in return, I was told I would receive a 100% credit for a new pair of frames. Would like someone to call me today at 718666**** to discuss this problem. User's recommendation: Unable to reach anyone on the phone.
