I bought a dresser and living room set. Borrowed a truck took it home lots of damage to dresser since it wasnt delivered I had to borrow truck again and take back. Got another it had dents and scratches that were touched up and drawers wasn't opening or closing correctly like it was tweeked to this day parts still fall off didn't want to borrow truck again embarrassed to ask. My conclusion they try to repair damages and sell. My dresser total failure that I'm stuck with. It happened before they delivered wrong item a few years back and I had to keep since I bought it scratched the one delivered had cracked leg. I wonder if Jake knows
