Ordered Fingerling Monkeys which at the time of order had authentic picture on website (including picture of packaging from Wowee). Received completely damaged packages that are counterfeit knock off "Happy Monkey" which is NOT how it was described or pictured at time of order. Website no longer even shows this item likely due to clear fraudulent activity. Customer service is terrible. Was told she worked for After-Sales department but couldn't help me and that I would need to contact After-Sales department. What?!
