Damaged Chair

We ordered two chairs from Amazon and one chair was damaged when we opened the shipment box that it came in. I would like to keep the chair that is not damaged and get a replacement for the chair that is damaged. I have previously sent the picture of the chair three times upon request and each time I received an e-mail back that the pictures were not received. Each time I have sent a reduced size of picture so I don't know what else you would like me to do. If you have a FAX, maybe I could send the picture that way. I am growing a little frustrated with this process as I am doing everything you have requested. I just do not want to pay for a damaged product.
