Paid for an end of tenancy carpet cleaning service. Pictures i have seen subsequently show damage to the carpet but the cleaners and im now having to pay for it to be re-done. I spoke to their office asking for a refund on the service as per my customer rights and was stonewalled. When i asked for the name of the person i was speaking to, he immediately hung up and wont answer calls! Avoid this company!!!!
