On Dec. 2nd, 2018 I had my new car parked by Neumann Valet at the Roseville Galleria mall. When they retrieved my car, the rear drivers door was slightly dented, chipped paint and about a 2 inch scratch deep into the paint. For 2 weeks I attempted to resolve the matter with not only the Neumann staff, but also with the owner Mr. Neumann. Basically, he told me to buzz off, the damage is minor, have your Ins. Co. contact my Ins. Co. and terminated the call. Neumann has several other reviews with similar complaints where Neumann just blows you off. Do not trust your car to their Valet services, anywhere.
