Damaged box and some of the items are not there

I went to pick up my package at the ups yesterday and I was very upset to see the box it was very damaged. And when I opened it today someof the items werent in the box, i dont know if its being shipped separately but Zara didnt sent me any email. Hope you can help me

》 Zara’s customer care services are very poor . Their calling is not available and chat services are evn worse by luck if u find someone on chat to help u , they will just close the chat .
