I bought a Hooker hall console online from Cymax using my Visa $698.00 It arrived in late jan 2013.The delivery truck done about $100.00 damage to my yard. The box had a few holes that I looked through and thought the packing would protect the content. Instruction were not to refuse delivery if damaged, so after truck left I opened box. The lower part of console was busted . In a hurry I repackaged the console which took 2 hours to do so thinking they would take care of the problem.Also the finish was teriable.Seven weeks later it sets on my porch in the box where they left it .I want Cymax to come and get it and give me a refund.
