"Abcoaster was damaged and they would not pay for the return then when I returned it they sent me someone else damage merchandise and they will not take back the damage product. This company is a fraud! The return process started Sept 2013 and as of June 2014 I still do not have a working product and I am out of the original price plus over $200 in reshipping and a space limitation in my home due to a box that is over 200 pds of defected merchandise that they will not accept the return ! This is a company that takes advantage of the disabled. The said it was not their problem that I could not get it mailed back at my expense just because I was disabled!
