Damage to irrigation system

Irrigation system was damaged due to sod machine being used which I requested " do not do"- damage was done & discovered by yard maintenance personnel. All I want is fix it, can't irrigate yard in 90 degree heat & TruGreen apparently can't respond- My choice is video the fountain and post on Facebook, LinkedIn to demonstrate slackness of TruGreen
