I received the phone# from direct tv but when I call it, it is a non working #. I cannot reach anybody. I got this address also from direct tv but what I really need is the phone number from multiband USA so I can contact them. They were to contact me within 72 hrs. of the complaint which was way back on 4-10-19. I was told that when they call, it is usually from an unlisted number. I guess they are too ashamed to let anyone see who they really are. I've had so many calls from solicitors that I do NOT answer these type of calls. i.e. unlisted#, no name available etc. For a company that hires this company to install their tv dishes, it's a sad shame they (Direct TV) cannot or will not give me their number instead of trying to sweep it under the rug!!!
