Damage item for GDEX MY37038015958

On 24/5 sender updated my parcel has been shipped. After 2 phone call have been made to customer service, finally my parcel delivered on 29/5. I noticed that box of my parcel broken and damage. As i open the box, i found out that the delivered item (bicycle) got scratched at many place. You can see the damage as per attached pic in the email. Kindly please give an update on this matter.
