I received my item tonight by ups on 2/19/2019. Costway 17.6 twin-tub washing machine blue and white. first the bottom of the box fell out, 2nd when check the machine the side hose for the water was badly bent and has yellow paint on it. Also the cover for the spinner does not snap close the electric white cord to plugin is damage with fine cuts, ups # is IZ82v59f0335831339 my Tel is [protected] my email [protected]@Verizon.net. I know that I would need a new hose because I tried to bend it back in shape also there is yellow paint on it the electric cord I can deal with, But the spinner lid does not snap lock and I don't know if it will make the different in spinning. I can not return it in the original box because there is no bottom when it was delivered your 4 straps held together. Please give me a call and maybe we can work this out I sent you the pictures P.S.
