DAMAGE IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT

RV IS A YEAR OLD WENT TO SERVICE AT FRITZ LOCATED SOUDERTON PA @3479 BETH. PIKE. 215723****. SERVICE WAS A INSPECTION & RESEAL PRICE $202.00 OFFICE CALLED 5/17/2019 FOR PICK UP WE TRAVELED 77 MILES ONE WAY TO PICK UP WHEN WE ARRIVED THE WHOLE TONGUE JACK WAS BENT MOTOR NOT WORKING BECAUSE JACK WAS BENT IN 2 PLACES. WORRIED ABOUT FRAME AND OTHER DAMAGES. THEY STATED MISS COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OFFICE AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY HANDLE OUR RV AS IF IT WERE JUNK.NO CALL NO IM SORRY. SO SORRY WE EVER WENT TO JAYCO & FRITZ FOR SURE .WE NOW OWN A RV THAT WAS DAMAGED AND REPAIRED. PLEASE ADVISE TO WHAT ACTION YOU WILL BE TAKING. AS I DON'T WANT A REPAIRED RV AS WE PAID 24,OOO. I DON'T BELEIVE I SHOULD AS SERVICE DEPT. DAMAGED IT. AT SERVICE AT FRITZ SPOKE WITH BOB MANAGER? PAT & RICK ROSENDALE CC: H. CONNOR ESQ. THEY MUST HAVE DRAGGED RV WITHOUT LIFTING JACK????????????????
