Delta Cargo damaged an antique furniture shipment from the UK to the US in July 2017. The shipment was clearly marked, Fragile and this end up, Do not stack. I submitted a damage claim 7/31/17. I received no confirmation or status reports until I called Delta. The claim was FINALLY PAID 12/2017 and a check was mailed 12/19. I never received the check. I called and the original check was cancelled and another check mailed 1/19/2018. I have not received that check either. I have emailed and called many times. I am told that no managers are available to speak to and when I asked to be transferred to accounting, the department to cut and mail the check, I am met with an answering machine and no way to speak to a human. I have left messages, and received no call back.
