Damage caused by delivery men

We have had 3 experiences with AM Trucking, all for the same 3 appliances. The second trip was a nightmare. In this instance, 2 men came to our home to pick up a refrigerator that had been delivered and was damaged. The easiest entry to our home was through french doors from the patio. They opened the door, brought in their appliance dolly and closed the door. They then put the 350 refrigerator on to the dolly and proceeded to take it out after opening the doors again. One of the men, "the strongest man on their team", ripped the refrigerator out the door, onto the concrete. He did is with such force that refrigerator basically "bounced" onto the concrete. As they took it to their truck, we tried to close our doors and realized that they had damaged the threshold of the door. This is steel, but it was busted open. I ran to their truck, asked both men to come back inside and see what they had done. One man, not the guy moving it, took pictures of the door and that it was near impossible to open it. He even took a video of this situation. The door worked perfectly prior to that. It was our door we used to go to the backyard. He told us that he would send to his supervisor and we would hear from someone within 24 hours. That never happened. So, I filed a claim with the company. I sent pictures, a video, an signed affidavit and an estimate for repair. The company denied my claim because "the drivers said they didn't damage the door". Next step is to file a small claims action for the door repair. You can't call these people, you can't contact them at all. User's recommendation: RUN, JUST RUN FROM THEM...HORRIBLE!
