Oven arrived damaged, damage was reported to driver before he unloaded it. Claim was filed with rrts. I called 1 week later to check on it. Told it takes 30 days called back in 30 now its 60 called on 60th day now its 120 days So now 90 days in I had to order and pay for a new oven and pay for it out of my pocket and pay to have it shipped again I am now 2x in with my investment in 1 oven and now 4months begins opening my restaurant Checking with my attorney about my lose in sales while Im non operational due to these incompetent fools
