when driver delivered I heard him throw the package on the porch-I work from home & was sitting in living room close to front porch- and the box was open & damage upon delivery-however, decided to use the pressure cooker several days ago & the unit is dented severely damage! this is my 2nd email no response from your team/company & I have spent over 3hrs waiting on hold via phone & no contact with a live person?? I'm very frustrated & this customer service response time! I would like a replacement unit-so please send or email a return label. ORDER# CB1-84**** User's recommendation: No response from Nuwave. Sending 2nd email today!
