Horrible Service Department. Poor attitude, very Slow in their work, NO FOLLOW THROUGH or adequate Communication with Customer whatsoever. They did not follow my instructions and charged me for work I specifically asked them not to do. I got so tired of waiting for a simple inspection procedure, I finally called and asked them not to the work, I called them TWICE actually. They finally called me back and said the work was already done even though when I called them they SPECIFICALLY told me there were 3 other repair orders still ahead of me (after 4 days of waiting !!!) and no work was done. When I dropped off the bikes they said it would be done within 24 to 48 hours. Never once did they call me to explain why they were late or behind. I called a total of 6 times. And got ripped off in the end. I said a prayer before I walked in to pick up my bikes and said another prayer for them when I left. They obviously need it. I have forgiven them and hold no ill will in my heart, but I WILL NEVER EVER take my Bikes there for repair. I suggest the same to anyone who reads this posting. it was so pathetic. Save your money and spend it on a service department that really deserves your business.
