Ian Kasper is an abusive person who acts in extremely unprofessional ways. it is no wonder customers are so reluctant to share banking details with him to complete their purchases. He then sends you emails designed to intimidate you with his attorney. fat chance. I have complained to numerous consumer affairs offices as well as LiveAuctioneers, who shamefully turned a blind eye to his abusive behavior.
