I purchased a used 2012 Sentra with low kms 3 years ago. After two years the vehicles transmission stuttered and jerked on two occasions. I took it to a Nissan dealership in Ottawa. They said its the cvt transmission and that it is known for failing. i contacted Nissan Canada to see if they would replace the transmission, they said NO. Note in the States there is a class action law suit against Nissan for the CVT transmissions. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY A NISSAN, the transmission will go and it will cost you $$$$$$$.
