CVS has horrible cust service but don’t care because they have contracts with so many large employers

AT&T Southeast which is 9 states has forced their employees to use CVS for years, and as long as I am still working and thankfully not on extremely expensive meds, I will never go there (again, because I stuck with it for 2 years and it was bad and got worse and making a complaint to their headquarters is useless). I pay more to go somewhere else. It is beyond belief how horrible the customer service is at this company. They are the sole accepted pharmacy at so many large companies that it is like a monopoly, and no one can stop them. We need more recording of the encounters but they apparently call the police and throw you out the store if you try to record them-I saw this on YouTube. We consumers need to find ways to be more powerful when a company like this has unacceptable customer service and values-this is America!
