Cut service even with unexpired data left on the account.

I had 2.5 GB of data left on phone. I added a 1 GB card 5/2/20, then I added a data plan upgrade from 4 GB to 8 GB on 5/2/20 Starting 05/16/2020, 30 seconds after both of the payments posted, they cut my internet service off. After trying 20 times to get customer service, I got the tech support runaround with people who can't speak clear English. MY ACCOUNT SAID I HAD 3 GB of SERVICE LEFT, BUT THEY CUT IT ANYWAY. I HAVE NO PHONE NOW. AND I AM OUT $55.37 TO BOOT.
