My nails were long and I had gel on them instead of soaking off so that they could be redone. She cut them so short I'm in pain. At that point I stopped her and they charged 10 dollars. So when I went to get my money back the laughed at me. Literally laughed at me. The manager was sitting in the corner and wouldn't talk to me. So I left. I will be letting everyone know not to go there if you value your nails.
