Cut off gas

Bills have always been paid on time through autopay. Today they cut our service for unpaid bills even though my account shows they take it out every month. What a bunch of losers. Guy hung up on me because he couldn't help me. Idiot. I'm sure I'll have to pay a hook up fee to get it turned back on. What a dishonest way to make extra money.
