I had a look on website for the cost of a cut and blow. I ticked all consultants at £49.00. It wouldnt confirm on the internet. I called the salon. They could accommodate me at 18h00 or 18h30. They chose 18h00 but didnt tell me the cost of the consultant. They looked up my details on the system which would have noted I paid £49.00, could hardly speak when I had to pay £80.00. I really believe that you should make customers aware that the hairdresser fits into the highest price category!
