DO NOT BUY Motorola baby monitors and I will explain the reason. I purchased a Motorola baby monitor, but after 1 week I had problem with the lullabies and I contacted Motorola (specifically Binatone). They asked me to ship my unit first so they could check the issue and later they will ship it to me or a new. This is absolute insane regarding baby monitors, it means that if you buy a Motorola baby monitor and the product have any problem you will not monitoring your baby for few weeks or you have to buy a new baby monitor. I would expect more for Motorola, and the appropriated approach for baby monitors would be Motorola ship a new unit first and once it arrive the customer can ship their unit. They only sad it is part of their warranty policy We would need your unit back for testing what the issue is with your device, after which we would reach out to you via email with further assistance. I am really disappointed!!!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT buy Motorola baby monitors.
