I took my car to Butch Oustalet Ford's service department to have it repaired. They quoted me a $900 price to repair it. I took my car somewhere else for a second opinion. They second shop only charged $200 for something minor. Come to find out, Butch Oustalet Ford was trying to charge me for a repair that it did not need. They are crooked and will rip you off in a heartbeat. When I talked to the service advisor at Butch Oustalet Ford, he said the technician that looked at my car had over 18 years experience and would not make such a mistake. It was obvious that it was not a mistake. It was deliberate. So beware when taking your car to them. They will quickly try to take advantage of you.
