Customers and Employees dislike the company

This company doesn't remind customer’s that they will be billed for their membership. Customers then get notified by their bank that the charge might be “fraud” so people cancel their card just because they didnt know their membership was renewing . Managers do not want to deal with any complaints and do not want to answer any questions from customers or staff.
