Called on Monday October 8,2018 spoke with a lady in the repair department explained that my wheelchair chair was not holding a charge. She explained to me that they couldn't get a repairman out until the next Monday October 15 between 1:00 and 4:00. We talked about what i would need to do to get a new chair. She was very helpful showed good customer service skills. However, I called back on Monday October 15,2018 at 8:56 spoke with a lady explained that the left arm rest had brok off. She told to tell the repairmen when he arrive before I could ask my next question she hung up. Called back each time I was disconnected, after the 4th try the same lady answered the phone called me by my name told her I needed their fax number you could tell she wanted to get me off the phone. I feel she showed poor customer service skills I understand they are a large company and have many requests I feel all customes should be treated with respect I hope the next time I call I reach someone who is more professional.
