Customer/Tech Support is Awful!

I have submitted 4 inquiries to Denon DJ tech support through their website and received 3 emails from them saying hope your issue was resolved, but no one had contacted me for assistance. The email came from a 'no reply' email so couldn't get a hold of them back that way. No phone number to call of course for support either. Finally, on the 4th time someone responded and sounded like he was going to look into the issue for me. He emailed me a FAQ link which is already readily available online and after 2 email exchanges he stopped responding (about a month in total). I have sent 4 follow ups since then simply asking what the status of his findings are, nothing back. To sum up my issue my DJ controller keeps freezing and after going through all their suggested trouble shooting tips, still same issue. Have read lots of blogs/reviews on people with the same issue with this product and no real answer has been given to any of us on how to fix. Just wanting a solution to this issue so the product is usable User's recommendation: Be careful of expecting anything from their tech support.

If you are actual Representative of Denon you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
