1. You go adobe, click support. 2. Page take you to support, click 'sign in to contact us' 3. Page take you contact page, click 'what are my contact options' 4. Page take you to contact option with tables and links, click 'contact Adobe Customer Care.' 4. Page take you back to contact (step 3), the whole thing are in loop with no real support/options. User's recommendation: Be Prepared to not able to access support.
