I have been experiencing one issue in my office for over a year now and they have been "working" on it. Their customer service manager NEVER returns calls or emails how she has maintained to keep her job is beyond me. This issue is causing us to waste time over something as *** as things not being in order. We had order for 2 years every once in a while it would bonk out but they would fix it...Now absolutely no one in this company can figure out an issue they have fixed 10 times for us in the past. I get told to call the manager but she never calls back so I've given up any hope for this product.
