Ruger was incredible. I bought a used LC9s and after getting the gun home and disassembling it for cleaning I found the guide rod assembly had been bent slightly. As such I was going to buy a new one. I called Ruger, gave them the serial number and let them know what the problem was and they are shipping me the new part ... at no cost, on a used gun. I was thrilled. I work in customer service and when you receive service such at this, it's worth telling others. User's recommendation: I have no problems recommending Ruger.
