I reached out last 10th of Feb to check on the status of my shipping refund. I returned an item because the seller sent me a wrong size. I shouldered the return fee and was promised that I will be reimbursed. The agent told me thats it's already on process and should need to wait 24-72hours. After more than 72 hours I checked and the refund is not yet there so I contacted again. The next agent(Renato S)told me that I need to fill out the form which is in Gform. I don't have Gmail and was advised to create one. Very inconvenient process. Why don't they fill it out on behalf of the customers? Instead of apologizing, the next agent should have resolved the issue. And more so Renato S dropped the chat where I am not done with my inquiry yet. Make shoppee great my training well your agents. Calibrate your process and inform agents not to apologize too much. User's recommendation: I recommend to future customers not to trust one agent of shoppee. When your done chatting chat again to check if the last agents advise was correct.
