We remodeled our kitchen and went with Whirlpool exclusively because we figured if there were a problem they would stand behind their products.....What a mistake! Hold times of over an hour, no available chat resolution and almost a month to date and still haven't received anything more than lip service. Beware of Whirlpool..... User's recommendation: Just because it's an older recognized name doesn't necessarily mean a darn thing....
