Customer service, wrong product shipped/exchange

Was on phone for literally 1 hour 46 minutes on hold and had to leave my house. Tried online chat, and never got past number 4 after 2 hours. I received the wrong roof rack and need to exchange for the correct one. Easy to take my money, but not to do the right thing and help a customer. If you do not respond I will dispute the charge on my credit card.
