I have recently purchased a camera from this company and thankfully it did arrive unlike other peoples experiences. My issue is with their customer service. I purchased additional items along with my order that were substandard and when I contacted them they sent me another wrong substandard replacement. Several months waiting, seventeen emails with attached requested pictures and numerous broken promises, still the problem is not resolved.All I requested was a refund for the additional items... Why is this proving so difficult?
